I created and ran a dynamic slideshow for the Annual Gala, making sure the timing was accurate and that the program was in sync with other audiovisuals being presented. That's me in charge in the back! | As Editor, I brought back to life a newsletter that no one was reading, by working with a designer to refresh the design and highlight the programs through fun icons and dynamic graphics. The result was increased readership, donations, and many positive letters in response. |

We launched a Challenge with our social media community to tweet and post on Facebook using specific hashtags in order to meet a matching grant from Franklin Templeton Investments. The community was so enthusiastic that the grant for $10K was met, and we received great press coverage for our use of social media to raise funds! | I created a video to highlight our holiday program, which was well received by our board of directors and our audience. I crosspromoted it on social media and our blog. |

As the lead in the design and production of our Gala Program book, I organized and finalized the copy, coordinated prizes from Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsors, and ensured a high quality final product, printed in time. | I coordinated and conceptualized the Holiday Appeal, creating a much improved graphic from previous years, and resulting in increased donations. |
